MAKING CHIKKIES WITH DIFFRENT TYPES OF FLAVOURS

Required ingredients :

peanuts – 100 grams

jaggary – 100 grams

glucose liquid – 20 grams

ghee – 10 grams

flavour – 2 ml

colour – 1 gram

MELT 100 GRAMS JAGGARY ON GAS STOVE

KEEP 20 GRAMS OF GLUCOSE LIQUID

ADD 10 GRAMS OF GHEE

NOW MIX FLAVOUR AND COLOUR AS YOU LIKE

FINALLY MIX THE FRIED AND PEEL REMOVED PEANUTS

MIX PROPERLY AND KEEP IT ON TRAY AND MAKE SHAPES AS YOU LIKE …..

NOTE : IF YOU NEED FLAVOURS IN CHIKKIE YOU CAN ADD AND IN THIS PROCESS YOU CHANGE FLAVOURS ONLY NOT THE HOLE PROCESS OF MAKING CHIKKIE AND IN MARKET EACH FLAVOUR BOTTLE 26 RUPEES.
