AIM : to make a cover for the inverter
REQUIREMENTS : re-bar of length 21.81 ft , L-angle of length 7 ft , welding rods
TOOLS REQUIRED : hand grinder <, cutting wheel , grinding wheel , welding machine , measuring tape, marker
WHY I CHOOSE THIS PROJECT ; the inverter in the grey water bubbler plant had no protection against rain water , water seeping through below in rainy season , and its security was compromised
PROCEDURE: 1) measure the length between two legs of the cupboard cut L-angle of the appropriate size in our case it was 48 cm and other was 41 cm
2) cut the L-angle of appropriate length with the chop-saw and keep them aside
3) measure the rebar as the protection and cut it in our case it was 41 cm 10 nos and other 48 cm 5 nos rebars
4) weld the L-angles together onto the body using right angles and set squares
5) weld them together using welding machine set to 200A of current
6) align and weld the re-bars together in our case it was 15 re-bars
7) after welding grind the welding points and give finishing\
