Ingredients:- Tamarind, Jaggery, Chilli powder, Black salt
Quantity:-Tamarind-500gm, Jaggery-1500gm, Chilli powder, Black salt-20gm
Steps to prepare:-
- First take 500gms of Tamarind and soak it in water till the water dosent absorb the Tamarind extract.
- Remove the rest from the bowl
- Take the Tamarind infused water into the mixer, add Jaggery.
- add the mix to a Kadhai Once the Mixture binds well, add Black salt and Red Chilli Powder
- keep stirring till it reaches a saucy consistency
- Add water if needed.
Our Tamarind sauce is ready !!
