Nankhatai

Objective

To learn the process of making nankhatai and understand its costing.

Materials Used

  • Maida
  • Sugar
  • Dalda
  • Baking powder

Process

  • First, all the ingredients were measured according to the required quantity.
  • Ghee and sugar were taken in a plate and mixed well.
  • Maida and baking powder were added to the mixture.
  • Everything was mixed properly to prepare a soft dough.
  • The dough was given suitable shapes and arranged on a baking tray.
  • The oven was preheated at 180°C.
  • The nankhatai was baked for approximately 20 minutes.
  • After baking, the nankhatai was allowed to cool.

Result
