Ingredients:- Tamarind, Jaggery, Chilli powder, Black salt

Quantity:-Tamarind-500gm, Jaggery-1500gm, Chilli powder, Black salt-20gm

Steps to prepare:-

  1. First take 500gms of Tamarind and soak it in water till the water dosent absorb the Tamarind extract.
  2. Remove the rest from the bowl
  3. Take the Tamarind infused water into the mixer, add Jaggery.
  4. add the mix to a Kadhai Once the Mixture binds well, add Black salt and Red Chilli Powder
  5. keep stirring till it reaches a saucy consistency
  6. Add water if needed.
