2. Won’t turn on or keeps tripping
Check for a loose plug or damaged power cord. Press the overload trip switch underneath the unit. If the switch is broken, it may need replacement.
3. Burning smell or smoke
This may indicate motor overload or burnt armature winding. Stop use immediately and let it cool, or have the motor serviced.
4. Leaking jar or loud noise
The jar bush or bearing may be worn out. Replace the blade assembly or tighten the coupler using a mixer-grinder coupler opener tool.
5. Jammed blade
Unplug the device, clear out jammed food particles manually, and lubricate or replace the shaft bush.
6. Mixer does not run
Check all electrical connections and ensure they are fastened firmly.
7. Motor has burn marks or broken parts
Disassemble the mixer/grinder and inspect the motor wiring. Continuous running can cause overheating and indicate that the motor needs replacement.
