>Electrie motor rewinding is the process of replacing damaged or bumed Copper wire coils inside a motor It restores original power and efficiency at roughly 40% to 60% less cost than byying a new unit.

Why motors Need Rewinding’ over heating:-

1.High heat melts the protective wire insulation and burns out the copper coils causes Short circuits.

1. overloading:-

pushing a motor past its weight or power limit burns out the Copper coils.

2. water or Dust:-

Moisture and dirt get inside and weaken the internal electrical parts.

3. Old Age:-

Normal wear over time hardens the insulation and breaks dan the winng.

The Rewinding process

1.Take a part:-

The motor is opened up, and the burned or broken wire coils are removed.

2. Clean and insulate:-

The empty metal core is cleaned, and newo slot paper or insulation is put in place.

3.Rewire:-

New Copper wires are wound into precise coils matching the original design.

4.Varnish and Bake:-

The coil new are dipped in special liquid varnish and baked to lock everythiny safely in place.

5.Test:-

The motor is put back together and tested for safe electrical performance.
