*Maida -500gm
*Salt -5gm
*bread improver-1.5gm
*Yeast – 10gm
* Oil – 5ml
*Zero – 5gm

*Process:
- Take 500gm maida & add 5gm of salts & 5gm zero mix properly by using
take bowl & keep 10 gm yeast & add 1.5 gm add bread mix it both
Add both maida & yeast to properly & add apply 5ml of oil
Keep 1 hour of fermentation.
After that we can heat by using wood fire in 250 temperature for 10 minuter so finally butter ready
