Plain table survey

Aim:-to understand map and it surface area.

Requirement :- tripod ,razing drawing proper,pencil,scale,pin,meter tape, usacle,plumb,tube

Compass , steel scale, allidate scale.

Procedure :- to remove a map of a place and went   to the middle point of the place and set

Up  the  tripod and fixed the plain table on the tripod .then placed a proper on the plain table

then  piched a pin at the center of proper and the four side of paper .then placed  a illidate

Scale on the paper , and a razing rod then mark the point where razing rod can be seen

Through allidate scale .then marked the line on the paper .do some to all four side of the

area .then by surface area formula find the surface  of the area .

Observation :- point on the paper should marked properly.

                         1cm=3m

                         1cm sq = 3m sq

                                      =9m

               Total area = 746 sq

            :. 746 X 9 = 6714 m
