12:- Teal CHIKKI
Aim :- To make chikki of teal.
Requirement :- Teal, Oil, Sugar, Glucose.
Procedure :- First take sugar and teal about 300 gm. Then make caramel of sugar and add 100 gm glucose in it. Then mix it well and add coconut powder in it. Remove the mixture in the tray and cut it in pieces and let it be cool for some time , after a while remove pieces from tray and pack them in packing bag for selling.
Observation:- While making chikki we should have to take care that the caramel should not get burn while processing. Pack the product well.
