Aim :- To make palak shev
Requirement :- Palak, oil, chili powder, basen powder, garlic, green chili, Turmeric, ova.
Procedure:- In a grinder add palak , green chili, garlic and mix it well. Add basen powder , salt, turmeric, ova and mix it well. Put the mixture in the die and make shev of it. and fry it.
Observation :- While making mixture take incidents as per weight, Don’t burn the shev while frying.
