PRACTICAL NAME :- Marking Bread

Required Ingredcent :-

Maida – 500gm

Oil- 5 ml

salt – 5gm

yeast – 10 gm

breadimprover – 1.5gm

Procedure :-

a. Take 500gm of maida & make it fliter . add 5gm of salt in with maida .

b. Take another bowl & add 10gm of ” yeast ” & mix 1.5 gm of “breads improve ” with some water .

c. Now add both mixture as one properly by using water .

d . After mixing we should keep it one side for 1 hour for mentation .

e. After keep one hour fermentation we take & make small balls by using 5 ml of oil & add ball like pairs .

f. Finally we should keep in one tray & wait 1:30 hour for fermentation .

g. After completing 1:30 hour fermentation we can take & keep it on wood fire for 2-4 minuter in 300 temperature .

h. After completing that we can take it out & apply some oil on bread .

i. Finally bread completed .
