practical Name :-Making Cookies .
Required ingredients :- a. maida – 200gm , ghee – 150gm , sugar powder -150gm , coco powder – 50gm
Resources :- Tray , cup, spoon , bowl
Process :-
- Take a bowl & keep 200gm of maida
- Add 50gm of coco powder mix both maida & coco powder properly .
- Take another bowl & keep some 150 gm of ghee
- add 150gm of sugar in ghee bowl & melt the ghee properly .
- After the ghee we can mix both maida & ghee & make some shapes as yu like .
- After making shapes we should keep it in electrical oven in the temperature 200*in 7 minutes .
- So finally chocolates cookies ready .
- RESULTS : – THIS CHOCOLATE COOKIES ARE VERY TASTY & SMOOTH .
