Practical Name :- Food & its Nutrients
Aim :- To learn composition of food items
- Requirement:- Five food group system , posters / chart / model of macro & micro nutrients present in different food items , pencil , scale , eraser , sketch pen sample of food items .
- Teacher should ask the prepare charts , posters , etc …
- Teacher should ask 2-3 questions about food items & their nutrient contents .
- Teacher should ask the prepare chart , poster etc on different food group .
- Teacher should ask question related to functions requirements of different age groups & deficiencies about different food items / nutrients.
